No Guaranteed Cancellation
VRK Infotech does not guarantee acceptance of any cancellation request. All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of VRK Infotech, based on service status, work already performed, third-party commitments, and operational factors.
Non-Refundable Services
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, all payments made to VRK Infotech are non-refundable. This includes advance payments, setup fees, consultation fees, development charges, subscription fees, and payments made toward third-party services such as domains, hosting, licenses, or certificates.
Third-Party Costs
Any costs incurred by VRK Infotech on behalf of the client for third-party services are strictly non-refundable. VRK Infotech shall not be responsible for refunds, reversals, or credits issued or denied by third-party providers.
Partial Work and Deliverables
In the event of cancellation after work has commenced, VRK Infotech reserves the right to retain full payment for work completed, work in progress, allocated resources, and committed timelines. No compensation or adjustment shall be provided for incomplete or unused deliverables.
Client-Initiated Delays
Delays caused by the client, including but not limited to delayed inputs, approvals, or communication, shall not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund. VRK Infotech shall not be liable for project delays arising from client-side dependencies.
Company-Initiated Cancellation
VRK Infotech reserves the right to cancel or discontinue services at any time due to non-payment, policy violations, legal constraints, technical limitations, or operational reasons. In such cases, VRK Infotech shall bear zero liability for any losses or damages incurred by the client.
No Liability Statement
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VRK Infotech shall bear zero liability for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from service cancellation, termination, or discontinuation, whether initiated by the client or the company.
Modification of Services
VRK Infotech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering without prior notice. Such modifications shall not entitle the client to cancellation rights, refunds, or compensation.
Governing Law
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable within the jurisdiction of India. VRK Infotech shall not be liable for any consequences arising from changes in legal or regulatory requirements.
Changes to Cancellation Policy
VRK Infotech reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
